Years ago, I worked a high paying salary as a project manager for a financial tech company. My job hit a lot of corporate America buzz words — manager, finance, technology — I was living the dream!

Alas, my title and responsibilities came with a severe cost: my sanity.

Yoga Reset is the perfect class for you if:
