In this free training, you’ll learn how to correctly apply Gravity Yoga’s 4 rules and 7 nervous system hacks to help your body release its accumulated stress, regain its lost mobility, and prepare for deep rest.
Part of you will probably want to skip the entire tutorial and go straight for the practice videos, but don’t fall for it! Learning and embodying the rules of this game will be crucial for your continued progress towards easier movement and freedom from stress.
Plus, the recorded practices assume you already know what the heck is going on, so you won’t have much success if you’re at all confused during them.
