Hi, my name is Ethan and I used to be a human 2×4.

Seriously, I couldn’t touch my toes, sit comfortably cross-legged, or even lift my arms straight up in the air.

It all started from a healing incorrectly from a childhood injury. I literally grew crooked, causing back pain, stiffness, headaches and even poor eyesight.

It didn’t help that I worked hunched over a computer at a stressful job for 50+ hours per week.

Luckily, bodies can heal, scars can fade and people can change.

After completing my engineering degree, I’ve spent over 12,000 hours learning and developing the most-efficient yoga practices to help working professionals manage stress and boost energy.

These days, I can backbend, sit on the ground comfortably for 2+ hours without moving, and place the palms of my hand flat on the ground with straight knees.

I’m here to share with you how to get this open and mobile, too.

In short, Gravity Yoga is a deep stretching practice designed to help you become really flexible, really quickly.

This class is fantastic for:

  • Releasing built-up tension in your muscular body.
  • Preparing for sleep by down-regulating your nervous system.
  • Touching your toes, sitting comfortably cross-legged, and backbending
  • Unleashing repressed emotions from your energy system.

Yes, it’s safe. That said, we don’t want to create injuries, so please read the “safety first” page of the tutorial.

Remember: you are responsible for your own health. Please consult your doctor before starting a new health routine! 

This practice has helped thousands of stiff bodies since its inception back in 2014, and is so powerful — so effective — that you will actually begin noticing flexibility progress in just one session.

The shortest possible explanation is this: parts of you are inflexible because your nervous system is overactive in those areas, causing nearby fascia to crystallize over time.
