I left you with a cliff hanger…
You found your tension. You created a 3D bullseye around it with your mind. You inhaled and inflated the sphere. And now you’re itching to know what’s next.
Well, how do you get plaque off your teeth, or mold off the grout in your bathroom, or wine stains off of your white shirt?
You scrub! Sometimes gently, sometimes quite vigorously.
This is also true of your body’s systems. If you want to be cleansed — if you want all of the physical, emotional, psychic gunk out — you’ll have to do a little ‘Scrubbing’.

Oh wait…you’re still holding your breath, aren’t you? Oops!
