In short, Gravity Yoga is a deep stretching practice designed to help you become really flexible, really quickly.

This class is fantastic for:

  • Releasing built-up tension in your muscular body.
  • Preparing for sleep by down-regulating your nervous system.
  • Touching your toes, sitting comfortably cross-legged, and backbending
  • Unleashing repressed emotions from your energy system.

Yes, it’s safe. That said, we don’t want to create injuries, so please read the “safety first” page of the tutorial.

Remember: you are responsible for your own health. Please consult your doctor before starting a new health routine! 

This practice has helped thousands of stiff bodies since its inception back in 2014, and is so powerful — so effective — that you will actually begin noticing flexibility progress in just one session.

The shortest possible explanation is this: parts of you are inflexible because your nervous system is overactive in those areas, causing nearby fascia to crystallize over time.
