Prāna Fusion Nervous System Hack #2 is called ‘Blowing Bubbles’.
The entire purpose of Prāna Fusion is to bring increasingly larger amounts of energy into your system so that — over time — your cells will rewire and restructure themselves to be more efficient and powerful.
Again, as an analogy, think of an intelligent lightbulb that can recode its own software and rebuild its own hardware to handle more wattage while simultaneously spending less energy to operate.
That said, one of the primary forms of energy is found in the air you breathe (in the form of oxygen).
You can go weeks without food, days without water, but only minutes without oxygen. As far as I’m aware, it’s the third-most vital resource you need to exist (the second being prāna — or life-force — and the first being God, or Truth, or the literal laws of physics).
So this is the short version of how ‘Blowing Bubbles’ works:
After you’ve ‘Metered’, you’ll take a deep breath in — as deep as you can — and hold it while ‘Grid Locking’ a particular muscle. This time, instead of holding for just 5 seconds, you’ll hold for as long as you can!
When the sensations become too much, you’ll count 3…2…1…and then exhale while going limp in the area you’ve just activated.
There are at least 10 reasons why this particular technique works so well, but I’ll keep it to three. If you’re interested in all the nuances, check out my free Deeper. Slower. Easier. | Level 2 training.
Where you breathe, tension must leave.
Try this out: flex your abs really hard, and then try to breathe into your belly.
Doesn’t work, right? This is true for the rest of your body as well. Wherever there is muscular tension, it is virtually guaranteed that your breath isn’t going there.
Therefore, by taking as deep a breath as you possibly can, you’ll simultaneously relax a wide array of unnecessarily tense muscles, which in turn frees up energy to be sent elsewhere.
Your body will get anxious, hot and uncomfortable when holding your breath at the top. It’s kind of like a tea kettle that’s boiling: more and more energy will accumulate in your body until it whistles and releases.
Luckily, this equates to an exceptionally powerful and satisfying exhale.
As you inhale, muscles in your spine really can’t help but engage and energize (this is how your body works, bio-mechanically speaking). And because your spine is where all power and motion originate from, engaging it is a sure-fire way to feel a boost in vitality.
Cool, that’s it. Again if you want the full rundown, please take my free Deeper. Slower. Easier. | Level 2 training. Otherwise, please practice this below with a high lunge and lightning rod pose.
If you don’t feel like doing either of those two things, no worries. Just head to the next page to learn Hack #3: ‘Radiating’.

P.S. Over time, this technique will change your tidal volume — your unconscious breath pattern. I can’t stress enough how life-changing this can be. Imagine the cumulative physiological effects when every single one of your breaths (even the ones you don’t pay attention to) are slightly deeper and longer. You’ll be so much more energized and relaxed.
P.P.S. It’s great to theorize, but it’s even better to know. Practice with me below in a “High Lunge” pose.
