Rule #3 of Prāna Fusion is called ‘Circuit Breakers.’
Your body doesn’t transform by purposefully sending energy into it once.
It transforms through consistency and recovery.
This is where the ‘Circuit Breaker’ sequence comes in:
After you decide which muscle to flex (and after you inhale and squeeze the muscle for ~5 seconds), you will then exhale while staying in the pose and completely relaxing the targeted area for ~10 seconds.
Got it?
So if you are in downward dog, and I tell you to inhale + push through both hands evenly for 5…4…3…2…1…then you exhale, stay in the pose, and try your best to rest the muscles that were activated.
You will run this sequence again and again for 2 → 3 minutes: squeeze, release; activate, deactivate; flex, relax; inhale, exhale…
After these 2 → 3 minutes have passed, you will get into a full svāsana and let go of your body for another few minutes.
I explain how to do this sequence in the practice video below.
Now I know what you’re thinking: how could this practice possibly transform my body better than, say, going to the gym!?
A few reasons:
By practicing ‘Circuit Breakers’ consistently (while getting enough sleep and eating the right foods), you will be absolutely shocked at how quickly your entire body transforms itself into being able to hold a higher vibration.
This rule does not have to remain exclusive to Prāna Fusion, either.
When you really understand the power and the logic behind ‘Grid Lock’ and ‘Circuit Breakers’, you can apply it to just about any exercise routine to give it an upgrade.
If you’re feeling skeptical, that’s great. Don’t take my word for it — try it for yourself in the video below! That’s the only way to know for sure if it’s true.
Alrighty…that wraps up our rules. Next, explore the safety protocols and contraindications for Prāna Fusion — we don’t want injuries leading to self-doubt and quitting.
See you there,

P.S. ‘Circuit Breakers’ incorporate many of the nervous system hacks you’ll explore later in this tutorial. For now, though, just try a few rounds in “Downward Dog”. You can find that in the practice section below.
